Why Train, Support, and Send Spanish-speaking missionaries to the World?

The reasons are shown on the right. A small donation to Independent Baptist Missions will go to support dozens of Spanish-speaking missionaries. You are not just supporting one missionary in one place, but missionaries all over Peru and in other South American countries.

Furthermore, we are expanding to support and send missionaries to the whole world, with the goal of making Peru a major missionary sending country.

Spanish is second-largest native spoken language in the word (after Mandarin and before English).

Spanish is spoken 2.6 times more than English in the Western Hemisphere.

All Spanish-speaking countries are in the Western Hemisphere except for Spain and Equatorial Guinea.

USA is the fourth largest Spanish speaking country after Mexico, Columbia, and Spain.

Peru is centrally located and is the obvious choice for a missionary sending country.

Peru is a nation blessed by God because of its moral character. It is economically stable.

Peruvian missionaries can live on 10%-20% of what American missionaries need, they know the language and culture, and many have multiple church plants. They are true and faithful servants of Jesus Christ.
